Truckload Credit is a service for trucking companies. In addition to checking broker payment information, members can help protect other truckers by posting their own experiences with brokers using our site. Non-members can call 1-888-643-9380 to rate brokers using our automated telephone rating system.

Q: What if I forget my login information?

Q: Do you offer a free trial account?

A: Yes. We're offering new visitors a risk-free trial account for a limited time. The free trial can be used for 24 hours from the time you create your account, and you can cancel during that period at the click of a button.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q: How often is your information updated?

A: Payment histories are updated every day for our entire database of brokers.

Q: Don't all brokers pay in the amount of time they say they will?

A: No. Keep in mind that a dispatcher's job is to find trucks to move freight. Most dispatchers do not handle accounts payable themselves, and they may not have any influence over how fast truckers get paid. Those decisions are made elsewhere, after you haul the load! That's why you should always check Truckload Credit before using any broker, even if you have used that broker in the past. The time it takes brokers to pay may change each month.

Q: How much does your service cost?

A: Our service is only $11.95 each month for unlimited access. You can research as many brokers as you like without any extra fees.

Q: Do you offer broker payment information by phone?

A: At this time, we do not offer payment history information by phone. But this summer, we plan to release our automated 24 hour call center so members can get payment information using the telephone.

Q: How many brokers are listed in your database?

A: More than 4,000 of the most popular transportation brokers are listed in our database, which grows daily as more brokers are added.

Q: What if a broker takes longer to pay than what you indicate?

A: Let us know. We are very interested in receiving your feedback and will act accordingly. Issues resulting from delivery problems such as shortages, damages, late pickup or delivery, and missing paperwork are commonly known to delay payment. Members can also post their own broker experiences and see what other members have posted about any broker.

Q: How many brokers can I research?

A: You can research as many brokers as you like for our flat-rate monthly membership fee. There are no hidden charges. With your username and passord, you have unlimited access to our web site and all its features.

Q: Do I have to pay for individual broker reports?

A: No. Truckload Credit membership includes unlimited credit research for a low monthly price. You can evaluate brokers instantly, as often as you like.

Q: What if I want to cancel my account?

A: You can cancel your account any time. Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or email. Please send your cancellation notice by email to cancel@truckloadcredit.com. Please provide a concise communication with complete information, including your contact information. The date of cancellation will be when it is received by Truckload Credit. Any monthly charges paid before cancellation will not be refunded.
